Quick Crumble Cake
This cake is quick to make and a hit for the entire family

- Hand Mixer
Ingredients
Dough
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Backing Powder
Crumble Topping
- 400 g Flour
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Butter approx.
Topping
- 250 ml Cream
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients for the dough together and beat until creamy. This should be for several minutes on the highest setting.
- Mix and kneed all Crumble Topping ingredients by hand until it looks like Crumble. It is possible that you might need some more butter.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with Crumble.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, until the crumble is lightly brown.
- Take the cake out of the oven and immediately pour 250ml of cold, liquid cream over the cake while it is still hot.
- Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar before serving.
