Cream
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients for the dough together and beat until creamy. This should be for several minutes on the highest setting.
Mix and kneed all Crumble Topping ingredients by hand until it looks like Crumble. It is possible that you might need some more butter.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with Crumble.
Bake in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, until the crumble is lightly brown.
Take the cake out of the oven and immediately pour 250ml of cold, liquid cream over the cake while it is still hot.
Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar before serving.
