Mac & Cheese
Home made Mac & Cheese to sooth the soul
Ingredients
- 1kg Sahne 1kg Cheddar 4 Eigelb etwas Salz etwas Pfeffer 2kg Mini-Makkaroni (z.B. Barilla Maccheroni) kg Heavy Cream
- 1 kg Shredded Cheddar
- 4 Egg Yolks
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 kg Macaroni
Instructions
- Cook the noodles to al dente in salt water
- Put the cream in a pot and bring it to a light boil. Slowly add the cheese.
- When the cheese is completely melted, add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the cheese sause over the noodles and mix well.
