Instructions
Cook the noodles to al dente in salt water
Put the cream in a pot and bring it to a light boil. Slowly add the cheese.
When the cheese is completely melted, add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the cheese sause over the noodles and mix well.
