Ingredients

  •  1kg Sahne 1kg Cheddar 4 Eigelb etwas Salz etwas Pfeffer 2kg Mini-Makkaroni (z.B. Barilla Maccheroni) kg Heavy Cream
  • 1 kg Shredded Cheddar
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 kg Macaroni

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles to al dente in salt water
  • Put the cream in a pot and bring it to a light boil. Slowly add the cheese.
  • When the cheese is completely melted, add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the cheese sause over the noodles and mix well.
